Rene Velez, CPA
Founder and Principal
Rene Velez is the founder of the Firm and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the states of Florida and Georgia. Rene has extensive experience in providing superb accounting, tax and management advisory to a wide range of businesses, including non profit organizations.
Prior to starting the Frim, Rene worked in management and supervisory positions in the travel, legal, and real estate industries. Rene believes that these years truly instilled an overall appreciation for general business operations that were results driven and team focused. These qualifies still apply today in many of the startups and growth companies that are his clients today.
Rene is a graduate of Florida International University with bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Accounting. He is an alumni or Miami Dade College and holds a Federal Aviation Administration license as a private pilot. Rene is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
During his spare time, Rene enjoys boating, recreational flying and biking.

Ana Cunill, CPA

Ana Cunill is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Florida. Ana’s focus has been in providing accounting and tax services for small to medium sized businesses. Ana regularly meets with business clients to review and monitor their internally prepared financial statements, consult regarding ways to increase profits, provide recommendations on how to improve their accounting and financial records and incorporate business and financial and tax planning to reduce current and future tax liabilities.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ana worked for Marcum LLP, a large national public accounting firm for 27 years where she oversaw and supervised a multitude of client tax engagements providing research, tax advice and support.
Ana graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Federal Taxation.
During her spare time, Ana enjoys traveling, going to the beach and gardening.
